We are offering for sale this beautiful and unique 1929 Buick Super 8 Special. This rare American Vintage racing vehicle is built on a 1929 Buick 45 chassis and is powered by a 5.3 liter Buick Fireball 8 cylinder engine. The engine is equipped with dual Edelbrock carburetors and a custom exhaust manifold. The Buick's 165 HP is sent to the rear wheels via a 3-speed manual gearbox.

As you can see from the photos, this is anything but a standard classic. This Buick features a custom body with a long hood and aerodynamic rear end. A nice detail of the car is its shark head above the grille. It is lacquered in a creamy white color and features various hand-painted designs and logos. Everything is inspired by vintage American racing cars from the 20s/30s. In addition to its rugged appearance, this Buick has a burgundy red leather seat that provides a little more comfort than most racing cars of this era. The view of the beautifully equipped dashboard and long hood is fantastic, and the contoured windshield protects well from the wind.
