Description
Chevrolet Standard 1934 Used
by Oldtimerfarm
The Chevrolet Standard (Series DC) was launched in 1933, initially as the Chevrolet Mercury, to provide a cheaper alternative to the 1932 Series BA Confederate, which became the Eagle in 1933 and the Master from 1934. Chevrolet called it the cheapest closed six-cylinder car on the market. Initially offered as a 4-door sedan, the roadster and phaeton were added to the catalogue.
Production of the Standard Sedan stopped in 1937, as a low-end Master was added to the Master. It was therefore duplicated.
